Pulp - David's Last Summer

[04:39.58] Past the bandstand down to the boating lake. [04:45.86] And we swam in the moonlight for what seemed like hours, [04:51.22] Until we couldn't swim anymore. [05:11.11] And as we came out of the water we sensed a certain movement in the air, [05:17.52] And we both shivered slightly and ran to collect our clothes. [05:25.69] And as we walked home we could hear the leaves curling and turning [05:31.17] Brown on the trees, [05:33.85] And the birds deciding where to go for Winter. [05:39.34] And the whole sound, [05:42.91] The whole sound of Summer packing it's bags and preparing to leave town. [06:09.25] Oh but I want you to stay.
